We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and provide the services you request. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

We process your information with your consent (given when you submit the enquiry form) and, where applicable, to take steps towards entering into a contract with you.

Your information is handled by our staff and by service providers who host our website and email, under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We will only disclose information to others where required by law.

5. Spam protection and cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam; reCAPTCHA may set cookies and collect technical information, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The embedded Google Map is also provided by Google.

6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to its processing. To do so, email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
